"The bad news is I am bankrupt, the good news is my fans will get a Ghost Rider sequel!"
Nicolas Cage has found himself in financial hot water recently, claiming he is bankrupt and blaming it on his accountant.
His accountant counter claims, that Cage has had money troubles long before he came along.
Accountant Samuel Levin, claims that during the 2007 tax year Cage had the following lavish purchases:
- 3 houses in excess of $33,000,000
- 22 automobiles, including 9 Rolls Royce’s
- 47 rare pieces of art
- 12 pieces of extravagant jewellery
Obvious omissions from this list include money for hair plugs and the high-end perfume “eau de weird dude”.
