Heene apparently misconstrued the responsibilities of parenting. Expose, exploit and capitalize seem to be cornerstones of his child rearing philosophies.
It looks as if Heene will be facing some charges soon. However we think a more creative approach should be taken for his punishment.
Staying with the balloon theme, we would have Heene take a cross state trip through Arizona in a hot air balloon. His passenger would be an oiled up Richard Simmons. To add entertainment value we would have Simmons consume an eight ball of blow prior to departure.
